We are excited to announce our Kickstarter campaign for Note & Nectar, a project that aims to create a vibrant community in Indiana. To bring this vision to life, we need your support to meet essential goals: finding and purchasing the perfect 5 or more-acre piece of land, building excitement around our project, and securing the funds necessary to make it a reality. For those of you that have never heard of Kickstarter, it is a crowdfunding website dedicated to helping projects get funded. It is all or nothing. When you invest in a kickstarter campaign, the project must meet its funding goal or the project doesn't get anything. I am very excited about this project and want to create a community around the area we brin it to.
I have listed the top three goals I need to complete to start developing the farm. Once these goals are completed there is a list of new ones and I will keep subscribers and investors updated.
1. Building hype and an excited community of supporters to help us fund and grow this idea.
I want to not only ask for peoples assistance, but to also be part of its foundation and growth. Kickstarter is a great way for people to invest and gain rewards from the projects success. Please sign up for the email list so you know when it goes live and special upcoming dates.
2. Finding the perfect plot for the farm and venue.
It's not enough to just have land to develop. I want to make sure what we are building is a place that people feel comfortable, relaxed, and the desire to return again and again... even if it's just to get away and relax.
3. Funding the purchase of land.
Securing funding for land acquisition. Currently, my main challenge is navigating the real estate market. Discovering the perfect piece of land that fits within my budget has been a tough journey. With the community's encouragement and support, I'm excited to lay the groundwork for this beautiful farm to come to life.
